The delivery time of the order placed will depend on the option you have chosen when making the online purchase. These options are the following:

• Standard Shipping (Spain and Portugal) from 2 to 7 business days. 80% of the shipments made using the Standard method are actually delivered within 24-72 hours, but we cannot guarantee it 100% since some of our shoes are located in one of our physical stores located outside the province from which the shipments are made and this means a few extra days for delivery.
• Standard Shipping (Rest of EU countries) 2 to 10 business days. 80% of the shipments made using the Standard method are actually delivered in 2-5 days, but we cannot guarantee it 100% since some of our shoes are located in one of our physical stores located outside the province from which the shipments are made and this means a few extra days for delivery.
• Express Shipping 24-72 business hours +3.99€ (Spain only) This shipping guarantees that the order is delivered to you within 24-72 business hours as it is sent directly from the physical store where the item is located to the delivery address you have provided.
• The Express Shipping service is only available for mainland Spain.
• For orders placed after this time, they will be counted as if they had been placed the following day for delivery purposes.
• *All orders are processed on the same day as long as they have been received before 12:00 noon.
